How can I learn how to best manage my current debt, too many lates.?

First, stop using your credit cards. Short of that curtail your spending dramatically.
Second, Pay off the card with the lowest balance as fast as you can, and set your other cards to AUTOMATICALLY pay the minimum. After, the first card is paid off use the money you were paying and apply it to the next lowest balance. Repeat the process till your cards are paid off. This will give you a feeling you are making progress and will get you excited about cutting your Debt load.
Third, choose 2-3 cards to keep and cancel the rest after they are paid off.

The biggest thing you can do to avoid the lates is sign up for reminder e-mails and calls on your card’s website, and/or set up automatic payments either online or on the phone.

If you are a homeowner and have equity available in your home, you can refinance and include your credit card debts and other loan payments in your mortgage payment. You may save yourself money each month and the interest you pay on your mortgage is tax deductible. Plus, you’ll have the convenience of making just one payment each month.

Just don’t run up the credit cards again. You’ll find yourself right back where you started.
